Sima Global Advisory Ltd is a Johannesburg and London-based financial advisory practice providing fractional CFO leadership, payroll management, and strategic financial advisory to growth-stage organisations. We were founded on a simple premise: that every ambitious business deserves access to the same calibre of financial leadership as a FTSE 250 company — regardless of its size or stage.
With 25+ years of combined experience across UK accounting, African markets, and technology, our team brings an unusually broad perspective to financial strategy. We have worked with founder-led businesses, international NGOs, construction groups, and technology companies preparing for institutional investment.

Our Story
Sima Global was founded by Yvonne and Evan Evans — an accountant and a developer who recognised a persistent gap in the market: growth-stage businesses that had outgrown their bookkeeper but could not yet justify a full-time CFO. Too complex for a generalist accountant, too small for a Big Four engagement.
We built Sima Global to sit precisely in that space — providing the financial leadership, systems, and strategic thinking that ambitious businesses need to grow with confidence. Operating across the UK, South Africa, and internationally, we combine the rigour of UK financial standards with a practical understanding of emerging markets and cross-border complexity.
